The largest chain of community pharmacies in Croatia is working with CoDEG to develop a competency framework which is applicable to pharmacy practice in Croatia. Atlantic Grupa is a modern, innovative and responsible company and is collaborating with CoDEG to develop high level pharmacy practice in Croatia. 

Its Education Centre FARMACIA provides continuous education and strives to motivate its practitioners to continuously develop their competence and performance for both the safety of patients and their own career progression.

• All clusters of the Croatian GLF are now being validated and tested among practitioners in Croatia.
• Following a presenation of the Croatian GLF in Macedonia there is also great interest among the Macedonian pharmacy community to validate the GLF for use in this country.
• The evaluation of the Croatian GLF is published in American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education, March 2011
• The results of a 12-month evaluation of the Croatian GLF were presented at the 2010 FIP Congress in Lisbon, Portugal. This is followed by a powerpoint presentation.
• The Croatian Delivery of Patient Care cluster of the GLF was recently developed and published. It is followed by an article in the Croatian newspaper 'Vecernji List'.
• A presentation on 'Community pharmacists' development using General level Framework', was shown at the 69th FIP Congress in Istanbul, Turkey.
